I did a marathon in Argentina that wat 57kms... it took 8 hours 36 minutes

Cape Town, South Africa in winter. 11 degrees!

I don't know but I had done a few rough ones

I get motivated by people telling me I can't do things...

I east healthy from monday to friday and on the weekend I eat what ever I want
