Our next guest was so determined and committed to swimming the English Channel in 2004
he flew down to Melbourne every Saturday morning from Sydney to train with Black Ice so
he could acclimatize to the cold water for 14 weeks straight.

18:Swimming close calls- Training outside the brighton baths during winter I got lost and a few of the swimmers I was swimming with came back and found me.
